I like the design being based around the upper case letter gamma (Γ;) and the fact that it's recursive, so if it reproduces well it gives the impression that it continues to repeat. I know a graphic designer would say it's too busy.

As a recipient you're entitled to print it with the legend "2008 Double Gamma winner: Best Artist" or similar.

Only the legend you print with it. I've just seen the old DG logo; a black square set on one corner with both upper and lowercase letters over it -- Γ γ. If no one likes the new logo we can go back to that, or even make a new one.

i think its good but think a mock up of it would in use on a certificate would be great
hey you could do a mock up and present it to Jamie for an honourary logo design setificate

This sort of thing was much easier when I had a working printer, before I had to use commercial places.
